Someone bought a winning $16.3 million New York lotto ticket at a shop in Manhattan, officials said Thursday.

The jackpot-winning ticket was sold Wednesday at the Flying Phoenix Corp. on 11th Avenue near west 53rd Street, according to the New York Lottery.

The lucky numbers were 9, 17, 18, 29, 32 and 40 with a bonus number of 48.
