Diamond-bedazzled Barbie doll sells for over $300K

She works hard for her doll-ars.

Barbie has a history of shocking price tags, but this was the most expensive one ever sold — auctioned off at Christie’s in Manhattan for $302,500.

The bedazzled doll — designed by Australian jeweler Stefano Canturi — features a necklace with a 1-carat pink diamond in the center along and a sparkling diamond ring.

All proceeds from the 2010 sale went to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

“It’s a joy for us to have sold the most expensive Barbie ever,” the President of Christie’s Americas, Bonnie Brennan, told The Post. “And we were thrilled that the consignor donated 100 percent of the profits to benefit breast cancer research.”

The first Barbie ever made — which debuted in 1959 for just $3 — is also worth a pretty penny, even without any bling.

The iconic first-edition doll, which has blonde hair and wears a striped black-and-white bathing suit and can be identified by the holes on the bottom of her feet, is selling on eBay for upwards of $25,000 as Barbie-mania, spawned by the Friday premiere of the Hollywood movie, takes over America.

The original Barbie was created by the late Ruth Handler, who co-founded the toy company Mattel with her husband in 1945 and named the doll after her daughter Barbara.
