Pennsylvania parents who weaved themselves into a tangled web for allegedly hosting a drinking party at their home on Halloween with 150 underage teens in attendance have finally been charged.

Michael and Rachel Moore of Bucks County were charged May 11 with two misdemeanors — providing alcohol to minors and corruption of minors — for throwing the spooky shindig, which was “guest list only,” according to 6ABC.

When Warrington Township police arrived at the scene at 9 p.m. on Oct. 31, they found many of the teens to be intoxicated and plenty of liquor accessible to them, authorities said.

“Inside police observed a full bar with alcoholic beverages and numerous red Solo cups,” the police wrote in the affidavit, adding the smell of alcohol was “prevalent,” Phillyburbs.com reported.

The Moores were present at the residence and even invited the officers in to help them manage the out-of-control party, according to court documents.

One witness told police that Michael Moore, 56, and Rachel Moore, 47, were at the entrance to the event, which was their garage, making sure the teens’ name were on the guest list.

Michael Moore allegedly explained to the cops that he actually hired a bouncer to man the festivities, but the person was a no-show.
