Colorado terror suspect Mohamed Soliman seen burned, bandaged after firebomb attack at Israeli hostage demonstration

The image captures the battered face of Egyptian national Mohamed Sabry Soliman, 45, who cops say turned a homemade flamethrower on a group of Israeli hostage supporters and lobbed Molotov cocktails.

Soliman was in the US illegally after overstaying his visa, authorities said.

He originally entered the country through Los Angeles International Airport on a B2 visa on Aug. 27, 2022, sources told The Post and Fox News.

B2 visas are given to people who are supposed to be temporarily visiting the country for such things as tourism and to visit family and friends. Soliman’s visitor’s visa expired in February 2023, sources told The Post.

The suspect applied for asylum in September 2022, a few months before his visitor’s visa expired, sources said. He had not been granted his request.

Eight of Sunday’s victims — four men and four women between the ages of 52 and 88 — were transported to nearby hospitals for treatment. So far none have died, but at least one was listed in critical condition Sunday evening.

Soliman, who cops say was born Dec. 15, 1979, was also injured and brought to a nearby hospital.

The FBI confirmed they are investigating the horrific attack as an act of terrorism, and the Boulder Police Department says it will be providing additional details at a press release Monday afternoon.
