Elon Musk gushes over baby mama Shivon Zilis and kids in the middle of Ashley St. Clair controversy: ‘Cold-blooded’

Zilis, 39, a Canadian venture capitalist and an executive at the Musk-owned Neuralink company, shared a sweet picture of her with her twins — son Strider and daughter Azure — on her account on X.

“Lil loves of my life,” she wrote above the picture, accompanied by two red heart emojis.

Musk, 53, replied underneath with a heart-faced emoji, to which Zilis added a further heart in response.

The exchange took place about two hours after St. Clair called out Musk on X, claiming she had given birth to his 13th child in secret and that he hadn’t completed an agreement to recognize and care for the baby boy.

Speaking exclusively to The Post, St. Clair, 26, claimed that her alleged fling with the Tesla and SpaceX boss began after he slid into her DMs.

She also alleged that she was forced to spend her pregnancy alone as she was holed up in a lavish apartment in New York City.

“I was completely isolated during my pregnancy. Every part of my career and everything I used to do I couldn’t do anymore. I was told not to tell anybody,” she told The Post.

Despite that, she said that she didn’t regret having her child with the billionaire, who she met when she was 24 and he was 51.

“My child is the most perfect thing that happened to me. I wouldn’t change anything,” she told The Post.

Zilis made her post less than two hours after St. Clair set tongues with her claims.

One X user branded the post and Musk’s response “cold-blooded.”

The Yale-educated artificial intelligence exec gave birth to twins in 2021, according to court documents published by the Insider in 2022. She previously indicated that Musk had offered to be her sperm donor.

Court documents in Travis County, Texas revealed that the twins, born in November 2021, were conceived through in vitro fertilization (IVF).

Not featured in the picture was the pair’s third child, born in 2024, whose existence Musk confirmed last June to Page Six.

That child’s name and sex have not been revealed.

Zilis was recently spotted with Musk this week during a meeting with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Washington DC.

The pair, accompanied by Azure and Strider, as well as Musk’s son X from his previous relationship with pop star Grimes, met with Modi where they discussed technology and space exploration.

On Saturday, Musk broke his silence over St. Clair’s claims, responding to a post on X alleging St. Clair had been “plotting” for five years to have his child.

“Whoa,” Musk wrote on X, in response to the post claiming, “Ashley St. Clair plotted for HALF A DECADE to ensnare Elon Musk.”

St. Clair responded to Musk’s reply in a since-deleted post, calling him out for amplifying “smears,” and for not responding to her publicly.
