Police in the popular tourist spot Punta Cana said they are reinterviewing people who were with 20-year-old Kananki in the early hours of March 6 at a beach in front of the Riu República Hotel.

The search for Konanki, an Indian citizen and permanent US resident, entered its fifth day Tuesday. The young pre-med student was on a spring break vacation with friends from the University of Pittsburgh when she went missing Thursday.
