Jennifer Dulos’ heartbroken children speak out for first time at father’s girlfriend’s sentencing: ‘My mother was everything to me’

The heartbroken kids of Jennifer Dulos, who vanished from her Connecticut home in 2019, broke down Friday as they spoke out for the first time about losing their mom as their father’s girlfriend faced sentencing.

Dulos’ children, now aged 13 to 18, read out harrowing victim impact statements as they called for Michelle Troconis, 49, to receive the maximum sentence for helping to plan and cover up their mother’s killing.

“My mother was everything to me,” Jennifer’s eldest son, Petros Dulos, told the hearing. “The defendants actions means I’ll never be able to tell my mom how sorry I am for not being a better son. I’ll never be able to tell mom how proud of her I am.”

Petros, who was 13 at the time his mom vanished, added that Troconis’ actions have had “irreparable effects” on his life.

“There are feelings and thoughts that I will never be able to express again because my mom was the key to those parts of me,” he said.
