Jill Biden has another theory on what happened to her husband, President Joe Biden, the night of his infamous debate with former President Donald Trump: He was drugged.

The former first lady told CBS News in an interview airing Sunday that she was worried he had a stroke. But in her forthcoming memoir, “View from the East Wing,” she offered this: “Has he been drugged?”

Biden, per an excerpt of her book published in The Atlantic Thursday, claims she wished she had thought of asking for a blood test after the debate.

She also claims she suggested he take a cognitive test but was overruled by his team. That, however, contradicts testimony from Joe Biden’s chief of staff Jeffrey Zients, who told Congress he wanted the president to take a cognitive test after the debate.

“To this day, I still don’t know what happened,” she writes. “I only wish I had the answer.”
