The New York City Police Department is asking for the public's assistance identifying the whereabouts of the individual depicted in the attached media who is wanted in connection with a forcible touching incident that occurred within the confines of the Midtown North Precinct. Details are as follows: It was reported to police that on Saturday, April 13, 2024, at approximately 1300 hours, the victim, a 26-year-old female, was inside of a commercial establishment located at 601 West 57 Street when she was approached by an unidentified individual. The unidentified individual grabbed the victim's buttocks. The individual was last seen fleeing the location on foot. There were no injuries reported. The individual being sought is described as a male with a dark complexion. He was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, black pants, black sneakers, and carrying a dark colored bookbag. Cops are looking for a brazen pervert who grabbed a woman’s buttocks in broad daylight at a Hell’s Kitchen market.

The suspect groped the 26-year-old victim’s rear inside Hudson Market, 601 West 57th St., near 11th Avenue, at around 1 p.m. on April 13, police said.

The twisted individual, a man with a dark complexion, ran off following the incident, cops said. He was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, black pants, black sneakers, and carrying a dark colored bookbag, authorities said.

The NYPD released a surveillance video of the suspect.

“Hudson Market is a go-to in a pinch,” a neighborhood woman, who declined to give her name, snarked to The Post. “It’s a gem. It’s crazy that you have to be on-guard to grab a coffee or a salad.”
