The twisted Louisiana mayor busted having sex with her son’s 16-year-old best friend had tried to get the two boys to fight each other so she could dodge blame for her pervy behavior, the victim claimed.

Misty Roberts, 43, got into a heated spat with her son just moments after he confronted her over her antics at his own booze-filled birthday party back in 2024 when she was serving as DeRidder mayor.

“Go fight your friend. He’s the one who did it,” Roberts allegedly screamed at her son, according to the victim’s testimony.

“She was trying to get him to fight me,” the victim told the jury as he described the aftermath. “She was trying to get the blame off of herself.”

The victim laid bare the disturbing allegation when he testified during her trial earlier this week before she was ultimately found guilty of having sex with the teen, KNOE reported.

As Roberts continued to shout at her son, the victim said he sat on the couch “kind of shell-shocked.”

The mother of two was found guilty Tuesday on charges of carnal knowledge of a juvenile and indecent behavior with a juvenile after she was busted having sex with the boy at a pool party she hosted for her own son.

The then-mayor — who was wearing an orange bikini — flirted openly with the teen and posed for creepy photos with him during the party, the trial heard.

She then lured him to another room in the house, stripped and had sex with the teen.

“While it was happening, I couldn’t feel my body,” the teen testified.

“After we had sex, I kinda was realizing what was happening.”

Roberts, who will have to register as a sex offender, is due to be sentenced on April 17.
