A crafty porch pirate was caught on a California doorbell camera disguised as a garbage bag as he approached a house and stole a package.

Video shows the unidentified person walking up to Omar Gabriel Munoz’s home in Sacramento on Friday covered in a trash bag with only their feet and slippers visible.

The suspect then reached down and grabbed the package through the garbage bag, before shuffling away.

Munoz said he couldn’t believe it when he watched his security footage Friday night.

“At first, I thought they were messing with me,” he told ABC 10.
