Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs faces five counts in new sex trafficking indictment

Combs, 55, had previously been hit with one count of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

The new indictment, made public Friday morning in Manhattan federal court, added one more count each of sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Prosecutors claim the Bad Boy Records founder carried out a years-long pattern of drugging women and forcing them to have sex with male prostitutes for his own sexual gratification.

The sessions — which Combs dubbed “freak offs” — would sometimes last for days, prosecutors allege.

The “I’ll Be Missing You” rapper pleaded not guilty to prior versions of the indictment and he is slated to face trial on May 5.

The music mogul has been behind bars since he was arrested in September.

He also faces a slew of civil lawsuits by men and women who claim they were sexually abused by him and others.

He’s maintained his innocence in both the criminal and civil cases.

Combs’ lawyers and rep didn’t immediately return a request for comment Friday morning.
