Former President Donald Trump has been sworn in and is testifying in his defense in the blockbuster $250 million fraud case in which he, sons Don Jr. and Eric, and the Trump Organization stand accused of a fraud scheme that NY Attorney General Letitia James says went on for decades.

Daughter Ivanka is slated to testify as the state’s final witness on Wednesday.

James alleges the ex-commander-in-chief “grossly” exaggerated his net worth by as much as $3.6 billion a year.

Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Engoron will decide the outcome of the non-jury trial, which is scheduled to run through December.
