Trump fraud trial updates: Co-defendant sons Don Jr. and Eric set to testify starting Wednesday

Former President Donald Trump’s two sons Eric and Don. Jr. are scheduled to testify this week in the $250 million fraud trial that the NY attorney general brought against the sons, their ex-commander-in-chief dad and the family business.

Don Jr. is on the witness list for Wednesday, and Eric for Thursday. Trump himself and daughter Ivanka are set to take the stand the week of Nov. 6.

The three Trumps and the Trump Organization are all accused in a decades-long scheme, in which Attorney General Letitia James alleges the former president of the United States “grossly” exaggerated his net worth by as much as $3.6 billion a year.

Trump has already been warned twice and fined $5,000 for making public attacks against a clerk who works for Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron, who is presiding over the civil case and will decide the outcome of the non-jury trial.
