Kacy Corso, of Setauket, was charged with second-degree murder in the violent death of Christopher Millwater in front of the Stony Brook Yacht Club on Nov. 10, according to Suffolk County police.

She was taken into custody Wednesday and is expected to appear in court Thursday, police said.

Millwater was found gravely injured around 3:40 a.m. and was taken to Stony Brook University Hospital where he was pronounced dead, police said.
